We offer personalized architectural consulting services that begin with an analysis of the site and developing the detailed program of requirements with the client. This is followed by preliminary design where we generate several options using 3-D modelling. This allows the client to explore with us the opportunities to realize their vision. During the design development phase we continue to refine the design and begin to develop the technical aspects of the project. Our expertise includes new houses, renovations and additions, as well as rural and waterfront cottage properties.

We take great pride in working with our clients in the creation of thoughtfully detailed interiors that integrate with the exterior of the house. This includes the selection of all interior finishes and the meticulous design of millwork, lighting, and beautifully crafted stairs, fireplaces and other special features. Interiors are modelled in 3-D, complete with furniture, to assist the client in visualizing each room. We also offer consulting services in the selection of furniture and accessories and custom furniture design.

We prepare thorough, accurate and well-coordinated contract documents that ensure the design can be effectively translated into reality and expedite construction. During construction we remain integrally involved, attending site meetings, responding to contractor questions, reviewing shop drawings, samples and mock ups and identifying deficiencies.

We have extensive experience in the various approvals required from authorities having jurisdiction, including zoning review, preparing drawings and representing the client at Committee of Adjustment hearings, and working with with conservation authorities including the TRCA, Urban Forestry, RNFP, waterfront by-law approvals and the Niagara Escarpment Commission.
